摘要 近现代以来,教育与国民性改造关系的话题一直是众多学者、专家探讨的话题。从人发展的未特定性、教育对人的发展作用以及教育的社会功能对人的作用角度来看,教育具有改造国民性的作用,教育也应当担起改造国民性的任务。同时,国民性的形成是一个动态和静态相结合的过程,静态国民性的根深蒂固要求教育要承担起改造不良国民性的任务,而动态国民性的发展则给教育改造不良国民性提供了条件。但是,在探讨教育对国民性改造的同时,还要看到人发展的有限性和社会对国民性改造的制约性,辩证地看待教育改造国民性的可能。 Since the modem times,education and the transformation of national character has been a topic of many scholars and experts.In view of the unspecific nature of human development,the role of education on human development and the social function of education,education has the function of transforming national character,and education should take the task of transforming national character.At the same time,the formation of national character is a dynamic as well as static process.The deep-rooted requirement of static national character requires education to undertake the task of reforming bad national character,while the development of dynamic national character provides conditions for education to transform bad national character.However,while discussing the transformation of national character by education,it should also see the limitation of human development and the restriction of society on the transformation of national character,and dialectically view the possibility of the transformation of national character by education.
