摘要 在知识经济时代,知识已被认为是国际间交流、国家自身发展不可或缺的必需品。世界银行的“知识银行”战略经历了四个主要阶段:起步阶段、停滞阶段、发展阶段和新阶段。目前“知识银行”战略正在以建立知识传播者的形象而展开,主要通过知识生产、知识管理以及知识传输三种方式实施。世界银行实施的“知识银行”战略在其全球教育治理以及发展中国家的教育方面产生了重大影响,然而在知识来源以及知识服务对象上存在着一定的局限。 In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has been considered as an indispensable necessity for international exchanges and the development of the country itself.The World Bank's " knowledge bank"strategy has gone through four major phases:the initial stage,the stagnation stage,the development stage and the new stage.At present,the " knowledge bank"strategy is being carried out by establishing the image of World Bank knowledge disseminators.It is mainly implemented through knowledge production,knowledge management,and knowledge transfer.The implementation of the World Bank's " knowledge bank",strategy has had a major impact on its global education governance and on education in developing countries.However,there are certain limitations on the sources of knowledge and knowledge services.
