广州市三级医院新护士岗位胜任力的现状调查研究

Investigation on the status quo of post competency of new nurses in third-grade hospitals in Guangzhou

[目的]了解广州市三级医院新护士的岗位胜任力水平,为新护士规范化培训提供参考依据。[方法]采用护理胜任力量表(Nursing Competence Scale)测量广州市三级医院新护士岗位胜任力的水平,并探讨其影响因素。[结果]广州市三级医院新护士岗位胜任力水平总分为(333.53±46.96)分。已婚护士岗位胜任力高于未婚护士、往届生高于应届生(P<0.05);职称为护师及以上的护士岗位胜任力高于护士、综合医院高于专科医院(P<0.001)。[结论]广州市三级医院新护士的岗位胜任力处于中等水平,已婚、非应届和护师及以上的综合医院新护士的岗位胜任力水平更高,护理管理者应根据新护士的身份特点及岗位要求,有针对性、有计划、有重点地进行培训,以提高护理岗位胜任力。

Objective:To understand the post competency level of new nurses in third grade hospitals in Guangzhou,and to provide references for the standardized training of new nurses.Methods:Nursing Competence Scale was used to measure the competency level of new nurses in third grade hospitals in Guangzhou,and the influencing factors were discussed.Results:The total score of competency level of new nurses in third hospitals in Guangzhou was(333.53±46.96).Married nurses had higher post competency level than unmarried nurses,and previous new nurses had higher post competency level than freshmen new nurses(P<0.05).Nurses and nurses with higher professional titles had higher post competency level than that of nurses,and Nurse in general hospitals had higher post competency level than those in specialist hospitals(P<0.001).Conclusions:The post competency of new nurses in third hospitals in Guangzhou is at the middle level,and new nurses in married,non-scheduled and nurse practitioners and above had higher post competency levels.The nursing managers should carry out targeted,planned and focused training according to the identity characteristics and job requirements of the new nurses to improve the post competency level of nursing positions.
