首发脑卒中病人急性期内心真实体验及需求分析

Real experience and needs analysis of first stroke patients in acute phase

[目的]了解首发脑卒中病人急性期内心真实体验和内在需求。[方法]采用质性研究的深入访谈法对13例处于急性期的首发脑卒中病人进行访谈,并以Colaizzi 7步分析法处理资料。[结果]对脑卒中病人内心真实体验提炼出以3个维度的相关主题:疾病知识方面,疾病相关知识储备不足,不能正确分辨疾病,主动获取信息,未寻求医护人员的帮助;自我概念方面,不愿意接受,抱怨主诉,面对疾病的无奈,寻求心灵慰藉;日常生活行为方面,自我健康管理行为较差,情绪紊乱,自我感受负担较重、渴望家庭子女的陪伴。[结论]首发脑卒中病人急性期的真实体验能够体现相应的需求,医护人员应该采取精准医疗护理措施,促进病人康复。

Objective:To understand the real experience and internal needs of the first stroke patients in the acute phase.Methods:A total of 13 patients with first stroke in acute phase were interviewed by in-depth qualitative research,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis.Results:It refined three dimensions of related topics in the real experience of stroke patients:in term of disease knowledge including the insufficient disease-related knowledge reserves,insufficient disease-related knowledge reserves,inability to correctly distinguish diseases and actively obtain information,without seeking the help of medical staff;in terms of self-concept including unwilling to accept,complaining about the complaint,helplessness of facing the disease,seeking spiritual comfort;In terms of daily life behavior including self-health management behavior,emotional disorders,heavy self-feeling burden,longing for the companionship from the children.Conclusions:The real experience of first stroke patients in acute phase could reflect the corresponding needs,and medical staff should take precise medical care measures to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
