创新创业背景下高职高专图书馆专利服务研究

Research on Patent Service of Libraries of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

专利数量是衡量高校创新能力的重要指标,图书馆专利服务可以为高校科研人员提供选题思路,提升创新水平,促进高校科研创新成果的市场转化,加强知识产权的保护。文章分析了我国高职高专院校专利发展现状,从性质与定位、转型发展、创新创业教育需要3个方面阐述了高职高专图书馆开展专利服务的必要性,提出了图书馆应开展专利素养教育、专利检索查新服务、专利决策服务。最后从加强资源与队伍建设、推进专利服务标准化2个方面,对提升高职高专图书馆专利服务水平提出建议。

Patent number is an important index to measure the innovation ability of universities and colleges.Library patent service can provide scientific research personnel in universities and colleges with the idea of selecting topics,enhance their level of innovation,promote the market transformation of scientific research and innovation achievements in universities and colleges,and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights.This article analyzed the current situation of patent development in higher vocational colleges in China,expounded the necessity of developing patent service in libraries of higher vocational colleges from three aspects:nature and orientation,transformation and development,and the need for innovation and entrepreneurship education,and put forward that libraries should conduct patent literacy education,patent search and novelty search service and patent decision service.Finally,it provided suggestions on improving the level of patent service in libraries of higher vocational colleges from the aspects of strengthening the construction of resources and teams and promoting the standardization of patent service.
