近30年来“澳门回归史”研究的回顾与思考

Review of and Thoughts about the Studies on “the History of Macao’s Return to the Motherland” in the Past 30 Years

20世纪80年代末至今,无论是国内学界还是国际学界均对“澳门回归史”研究给予了持续关注。近30年来,国内外学界在“澳门回归史”总体性的研究以及诸如澳门回归的时间确定、部分居民的国籍、澳门基本法的起草过程与内容、法律本地化、公务员本地化、中文官方化问题等专题研究方面取得了大量研究成果。一方面,既有研究作为前期学术积淀具有不可忽视的参考价值;另一方面,既有研究在史料、史观和研究内容等方面也存在一定的历史局限和有待进一步挖掘、提升和丰富的空间。

Since the end of 1980s,both domestic and international academics have paid continuous attention to the studies on“the history of Macao’s return to the motherland”.For nearly 30 years,a lot of research findings have accumulated at home and abroad regarding the general picture of the return history and specific topics such as the determination of the return time,the nationality of some Macao citizens,the drafting and contents of the Basic Law,the localization of laws,the localization of civil servants and the Chinese as the official language.While we should not neglect their great reference value,the previous studies still have their historical limits and leave much room for improvement in terms of historical materials,outlook on history and research contents.
