脊髓损伤再生修复及临床转化研究 被引量:4

Study on regenerative repair and clinical transformation of spinal cord injury

摘要 脊髓损伤是指由于各种不同伤病因素引起的脊髓结构、功能的损害,在受损脊髓的相应节段出现各种运动、感觉和括约肌功能障碍,肌张力异常及病理反射等的相应改变。脊髓损伤给患者及其家庭和社会带来巨大的压力和负担。作为“十三五”第三批36个重大项目指南之一,脊髓损伤再生修复这一课题成为当前最热门和最具挑战性的医学难题之一。本文就脊髓损伤的修复与再生机制的研究背景和下一步研究计划予以阐述,以期推动脊髓损伤再生修复基础研究成果的临床转化。
