摘要
本研究尝试将多模态与语块教学理论相结合并运用到英语写作教学中,通过在两个一年级大学英语教学班(实验组和控制组)开展一个学期的教学实验,以检验该教学模式对学习者英语写作水平的影响。研究发现,实验组的写作成绩在教学实验后有了显著的提高;在语言层面上,多模态语块教学模式对学习者的语法正确性、措辞准确性、语言流畅性、内容完整性和选词多样性均有一定的提升作用,尤其是在语言流畅性和内容完整性上效果更为显著。因此,多模态语块教学模式对英语写作教学具有一定的实践意义。
This study tries to combine multimodal and lexical chunks teaching theory and apply it into English writing teaching.The study subjects are two first-year college English classes(experimental group and control group).The teaching experiment is carried out for a semester to test its influence on learners’English writing ability.The results indicate that after the teaching experiment,learners’writing performance has got significant improvement in the experimental group.At the linguistic level,multimodal lexical chunks teaching model can improve the learners’grammatical accuracy,wording accuracy,fluency,content integrity and lexical diversity to a certain degree.The impact is especially prominent on the fluency and content integrity of writing.Therefore,multimodal lexical chunks teaching model is of great significance to English writing teaching.
