国产燃气轮机先进制造模式应用探索研究

摘要 进入21世纪以来,全球经济高速发展,工业水平也不断提高。制造行业在一个国家中扮演的角色越来越受到重视,在很多发达国家尤其是美国、德国等工业相对发达的地区制造业已经成为发展战略中的重中之重。同时,随着科学技术的不断发展特别是计算机技术和信息化技术的飞速发展,制造技术已经从原有的物质形式的制造向信息制造转变,产品中的知识比重越来越高,同时也出现了各种新的制造理念。除此之外,得益于计算机性能的不断提高数字仿真技术和虚拟现实技术也不断发展,在这样的大环境下数字化工厂技术也就应运而生了。本文将通过国产燃气轮机数字化工厂建设的经验,从整体出发深入探讨核心技术和先进制造模式应用,从而更加清晰的梳理数字化工厂体系以及未来发展。 Since the beginning of the 21st century,the global economy has developed rapidly and the industrial level has continued rising.The role of the manufacturing industry in a country is receiving more and more attention.In many developed countries,especially in the relatively developed industries such as the United States and Germany,manufacturing has become the top priority in the development strategy.At the same time,with the continuous development of science and technology,especially the rapid development of computer technology and information technology,manufacturing technology has changed from the original material form manufacturing to information manufacturing.The proportion of knowledge in products is getting higher and higher,at the same time,a variety of new manufacturing concepts have emerged.In addition to the continuous improvement of computer performance,digital simulation technology and virtual reality technology are also developing.In that kind of climate,digital factory technology has came into being.Through the experience of the construction of domestic gas turbine digital factory,this article will thoroughly explore the core technology and related systems from the whole point of view,and sort out the digital factory system and future development clearly.
