面向再制造的金属切削机床设计方案评价研究

摘要 金属切削机床是加工机器零件的主要设备,其报废后的再制造问题成为该领域重点解决的技术难题。机床早期方案的设计质量直接关系到机床的后续使用环境及再制造问题,传统的机床设计比较倾向于制造成本、机床使用功能等方面的考虑,导致现有的金属切削机床再制造过程中难度和工作量都较大,通常都是在报废后才进行再制造,增加了再制造时间和成本。所以,在机床设计时就应为后期再制造性提供便利,对提升再制造效果具有积极作用。 Metal cutting machine tools are the main equipment for processing machine parts,and the remanufacturing problem after scrapping has become a key technical problem in this field.The design quality of early schemes of machine tools is directly related to the subsequent use environment and remanufacturing problems of machine tools.Traditional machine tool design tends to consider manufacturing cost and machine tool function,which results in the difficulty and workload of remanufacturing of existing metal cutting machine tools.It is usually remanufactured after scrapping,which increases the remanufacturing time and cost.Therefore,in the design of machine tools,it should be convenient for later remanufacturing,which has a positive role in improving the remanufacturing effect.
