摘要
介绍了江西某地区铜矿区选矿工程设计,在分析了矿区矿床特征和矿石类型后,设计了一种选矿工程,先对矿物试样进行预处理,通过干式磁选工艺,采用高压辊磨机对矿样进行破碎筛分,结合矿区地理环境,采用了风-重-磁联合选矿工艺,通过反浮选试验进一步提高原矿中精铜矿的品位,结合整个选矿生产过程,制定了工程指标。
This paper introduces the design of mineral processing engineering in a copper mining area in Jiangxi Province.After analyzing the characteristics and types of ore deposits in the mining area,a mineral processing engineering is designed.First,the mineral samples are pretreated.Through dry magnetic separation process,the ore samples are crushed and screened by high pressure roller mill.Combined with the geographical environment of the mining area,the wind-gravity-magnetic linkage is adopted.Through reverse flotation test,the grade of copper concentrate in raw ore was further improved by combined beneficiation process.Combining with the whole Beneficiation Production process,the engineering index was formulated.
