摘要
本文研究了不同的水冷+去应力退火制度对Ti31合金冲击性能的影响。结果表明:固溶温度与去应力退火时间对Ti31合金冲击性能影响不明显;而随着去应力退火温度的升高,合金的冲击吸收功显著降低;水冷+低温去应力退火的热处理方式有利于改善大规格Ti31锻件的冲击性能。
In this paper,the effects of different water-cooling+stress relief annealing systems on the impact properties of Ti31 alloy were investigated.The results show that the effect of solid solution temperature and de-stressing annealing time on the impact properties of Ti31 alloy is not obvious;while the impact absorption temperature of the alloy decreases significantly with the increase of de-stressing annealing temperature;water-cooling+low-temperature stress relief annealing heat treatment method is beneficial to improve the impact properties of the unlarge-size Ti31forging.
