摘要
研究了三种不同的快速热处理工艺对A356.2铝合金轮毂上下轮缘的性能影响。结果显示,采用固溶+人工时效为540×60min+120×30min+200×30min的快速热处理方法达到了行业内标准。该工艺可将现有行业内通用的T6热处理固溶和时效工序均缩短至1小时以内。
The effects of three different rapid heat treatment processes on the performance of upper and lower flanges of A356.2 aluminum alloy hub were studied.The results show that the rapid heat treatment method of solution+artificial aging is 540×60min+120×30min+200×30min,which meets the industry standard.The process can shorten the solution and aging processes of T6 heat treatment commonly used in the existing industry to less than 1 hour.
