随着市场经济的快速发展,工业自动化技术也得到了不断的提升,数据采集与监视控制系统在工业的自动化领域中被广泛的应用。在工业生产与经营的过程中,成品和原材料的装卸控制系统都是不能缺少的重要环节,随着工业生产规模的不断扩大,对于装载计量的准确性有了更加严格的要求。基于此,对工业生产中立式金属储罐设备的自动装卸一体化控制系统,从硬件和软件两方面进行重新设计。实验证明,新的控制系统与传统装卸方法相比装卸的准确率更高,同时也证明了新的控制系统的实用性和可靠性更强。

With the rapid development of market economy,industrial automation technology has been constantly improved,data acquisition and monitoring control system is widely used in the field of industrial automation.In the process of industrial production and operation,the loading and unloading control system of finished products and raw materials is an indispensable important link.With the continuous expansion of industrial production scale,there are more stringent requirements for the accuracy of loading measurement.Based on this,the automatic loading and unloading integrated control system of vertical metal storage tank equipment in industrial production is redesigned from both hardware and software.Experiments show that the new control system has higher accuracy than the traditional loading and unloading method,and also proves that the new control system is more practical and reliable.
