摘要
湖北某银矿锌尾渣中含锌44.38%,大部分锌以硫化锌的形式存在。为了回收利用锌尾渣中的锌,对样品在880℃条件下焙烧5h后采用硫酸作为浸出剂,考察硫酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度、液固比对锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明,在硫酸浓度为2mol/L、液固比为14:1、反应时间为90min,反应温度为80℃的条件下浸出,最终可获得锌的浸出率高达91.1%。
Zinc tailings in a silver mine in Hubei contain 44.38%zinc,and most of the zinc exists in the form of zinc sulfide.In order to recycle the zinc in the zinc tailings,the sample was calcined at 880℃for 5 h and then sulfuric acid was used as the leaching agent to investigate the effects of sulfuric acid concentration,reaction time,reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on zinc leaching rate.The test results show that the leaching rate of zinc is as high as 91.1%when the concentration of sulfuric acid is 2mol/L,the ratio of liquid to solid is 14:1,the reaction time is 90min,and the reaction temperature is 80℃.
