新时期,政府部门越发重视航空制造业的发展,以先进技术为支撑,航空产品的质量和性能不断提高,市场需求量也在持续增长,客户对于产品本身的外观质量、防护性能提出了更加严格的要求。本文从航空飞机零部件喷漆工艺的特点出发,就密闭式喷漆生产线的构成以及相应的生产线尺寸进行了分析,希望能够为飞机零部件喷漆生产提供参考和借鉴,保证喷漆质量。

In the new era,government departments pay more and more attention to the development of aviation manufacturing industry,with advanced technology as the support,the quality and performance of aviation products continue to improve,the market demand is also continuing to grow,customers for the appearance of the quality of products,protective performance has put forward more stringent requirements.Based on the characteristics of the painting process of aircraft parts,this paper analyzes the composition of the closed painting production line and the corresponding size of the production line,hoping to provide reference for the painting production of aircraft parts and ensure the painting quality.
