基建矿山中地质工作管理模式的创新与实践 被引量:1

摘要 对于矿山基建期间地质工作管理模式存在的问题,利用精细化管理理念和细化管理理念,结合现状提出矿山基建期间地质工作管理的新模式。针对现场地质工作管理不规范、管理方式粗放,利用精细化管理理念对现场地质编录、地质取样工作制定统一、规范的管理规定,提高工作效率和地质成果的利用率。利用细化管理理念对基建期矿山地质工作的主要内容进行梳理归类,明确基建期间矿山地质工作管理的主要内容和方向。在矿山基建期矿山地质管理创新的模式提出后,矿山建设取得了显著成就,资料管理规范化,地质灾害预测能力加强,将矿山坑道涌水情况进行了统计,并结合构造地质情况对矿区水文进行了分析,为建设工程通过断层,防治水方面提供了可靠地质资料,对矿石储量进一步升级管理有了显著效果。 In view of the problems existing in the management mode of geological work during mine capital construction,a new mode of geological work management during mine capital construction is put forward by using the concept of fine management and the concept of fine management combined with the present situation.In view of the non-standard management and extensive management mode of field geological work,unified and standardized management regulations for field geological cataloguing and geological sampling are formulated by using the concept of fine management to improve work efficiency and utilization rate of geological achievements.The main contents of mine geological work during the capital construction period are sorted out and classified by using the concept of detailed management,and the main contents and direction of mine geological work management during the capital construction period are clarified.After putting forward the innovative model of mine geological management in the period of mine capital construction,remarkable achievements have been made in mine construction.Data management is standardized and the ability of geological hazard prediction is strengthened.Water inrush from mine tunnels is counted.The hydrology of mine area is analyzed in combination with tectonic geological conditions.Reliable geological data are provided for construction projects to pass faults and prevent and control water,and ore storage is carried out.The further upgrading of quantity management has achieved remarkable results.
