缅甸渔硐低品位铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘要 在查明矿石的化学成分、主要矿物组成以及嵌布特征的基础上,依据矿石特性,采用优先浮选工艺进行综合回收。在条件试验和开路试验的基础上进行闭路试验,获得了含铅66.23%、铅回收率为89.60%的铅精矿和含锌49.38%、锌回收率为89.89%的锌精矿,原矿中银、镉主要富集在铅精矿与锌精矿中得到综合回收,银回收率和镉回收率分别为58.79%和89.41%。该矿选矿加工性能良好,具有良好开发利用前景。 On the basis of ascertaining the chemical composition,main mineral composition and dissemination characteristics of the ore,according to the ore characteristics,priority flotation process is adopted for comprehensive recovery.On the basis of conditional test and open circuit test,closed circuit test was carried out.Lead concentrates containing 66.23%lead and 89.60%lead recovery,zinc concentrates containing 49.38%zinc and 89.89%zinc recovery were obtained.Silver and cadmium in raw ore were mainly concentrated in lead concentrates and zinc concentrates and were comprehensively recovered.Silver recovery and cadmium recovery were 58.79%and 89%respectively.41%.The mineral processing performance of this mine is good,and it has a good prospect of development and utilization.
