露天硫化矿用现场混装乳化炸药技术在城门山铜矿中的应用

结合城门山铜矿的应用情况,介绍了硫化矿用现场混装乳化炸药的工艺、设备及其技术特点,通过专用复合油相增强物理阻隔,利用抑制剂控制有害反应,大大降低了硫化矿内炸药自燃自爆的风险,可为其它硫化矿山提供借鉴。

Combining with the application of Chengmenshan Copper Mine,the process,equipment and technical characteristics of field mixed emulsified explosives for sulfide mines are introduced.The risk of spontaneous combustion and self-explosion of explosives in sulfide mines is greatly reduced by enhancing physical barrier through special composite oil phase and controlling harmful reactions with inhibitors,which can be raised for other sulfide mines.For reference.
