摘要
近年来,我国工业制造水平的不断提升,使铝合金成为工业制造业的重要原材料,铝合金的力学性能更是直接影响到工业制造产品的整体质量。对于铝合金来说,其在加工过程中的力学性能会受到许多因素的影响,其中尤以热处理工艺的影响最为明显。鉴于此,本文便深入研究热处理对铝合金力学性能的作用机制,以期通过热处理工艺的改进来改善铝合金的力学性能,提高铝合金产品的制造质量。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of industrial manufacturing level in China,aluminum alloy has become an important raw material for industrial manufacturing.The mechanical properties of aluminum alloy have a direct impact on the overall quality of industrial manufacturing products.For aluminium alloy,its mechanical properties in the process of processing will be affected by many factors,especially heat treatment process.In view of this,the mechanism of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of aluminium alloys is studied in this paper,in order to improve the mechanical properties of aluminium alloys and improve the manufacturing quality of aluminium alloys by improving the heat treatment process.
