方形动力电池铝壳激光焊接的实验研究

摘要 针对壁厚0.8 mm的方形铝壳动力电池的激光密封焊接,其材料为AL3003,采用全固态激光器作为焊接输入能量。通过优化焊接工艺参数,研究焊接接头的表面形貌及其显微组织。研究结果表明,通过调节焊接过程工艺参数,如激光功率、焊接速度可明显改善焊缝质量,观察其金相组织后发现,焊缝致密,显微硬度均不低于母材。 For laser sealing welding of square aluminium battery with wall thickness of 0.8 mm,the material is AL3003,and all-solid-state laser is used as welding input energy.The surface morphology and microstructures of welded joints were studied by optimizing welding parameters.The results show that the weld quality can be significantly improved by adjusting the welding process parameters,such as laser power and welding speed.After observing the metallographic structure,it is found that the weld is compact and the microhardness is not lower than that of the base metal.
