化工金属管道安装过程及质量控制系统分析

Analysis of Installation Process and Quality Control System of Chemical Metal Pipeline

伴随在深度冷藏、易燃易爆、有毒物质以及强腐蚀性等特殊物体或者气体类运输过程中压力管道的应用范围越加广泛,同时由于社会对压力管道安装要求的不断提高,导致对压力管道安装质量的控制工作进行必要研究具备非常大的实际意义。基于此,提出化工金属管道安装过程及质量控制系统分析。化工金属管道安装过程包括焊接工艺卡制定、阀门安装、管道试压及气密性试验。同时对化工金属管道安装的质量控制系统的硬件和软件构造进行分析。从实验结果中可以看出,本文设计的质量控制系统与传统系统合集相比,其控制力把控的精确度很高,且控制范围很广。实验证明,本文系统设计具有极高的有效性。

With the wider application of pressure pipes in the transportation of special objects or gases,such as deep refrigeration,flammable and explosive,toxic substances and strong corrosive substances,as well as the continuous improvement of social requirements for the installation of pressure pipes,the necessary research tools for the control of the installation quality of pressure pipes have been developed.It is of great practical significance.Based on this,the installation process and quality control system analysis of chemical metal pipeline are proposed.Installation process of chemical metal pipeline includes welding process card establishment,valve installation,pipeline pressure test and air tightness test.At the same time,the hardware and software structure of the quality control system for the installation of chemical metal pipelines are analyzed.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the quality control system designed in this paper has a high control accuracy and a wide control range compared with the traditional system set.Experiments show that the design of this system has very high effectiveness.
