微波消解ICP-AES法测定土壤中的多种金属元素 被引量:6

摘要 利用电感耦合与微波消解技术等离子发射光谱法,把双氧水-氢氟酸-盐酸-硝酸作为溶剂测定土壤中的锌、铊、银、硒、铅、铜等多种金属元素。这种方式分析了共存离子的消除与干扰方法,优化了等离子发射光谱仪与微波消解仪的工作参数。通过优化后微波消解酸体系及用量比例为:H2O2:HF:HCl:HNO3=1:3:2:5,每个元素的检出限最低为0.0002mg/L,最高为0.0101mg/L,方法线性良好,土壤样品经测定后其加标回收率在85.5%至108.5%之间,标准偏差在0.001至0.051之间。通过该种方式进行测定可知,微波消解ICP-AES法测定土壤中的多种金属元素,其准确度好、精密度高、检出限低,测定结果让人满意。 Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)with microwave digestion technology was used to determine zinc,thallium,silver,selenium,lead and copper in soil using hydrogen peroxide-hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid-nitric acid as solvent.In this way,the elimination and interference methods of coexisting ions are analyzed,and the working parameters of plasma emission spectrometer and microwave digestion instrument are optimized.After optimization,the acid digestion system and dosage ratio of microwave digestion are as follows:H2O2:HF:HCl:HNO3=1:3:2:5,the detection limit of each element is 0.0002 mg/L and the maximum is 0.0101 mg/L.The method has good linearity.After determination,the standard recovery of soil samples is between 85.5%and 108.5%,and the standard deviation is between 0.001 and 0.051.Through this method,it can be seen that the microwave digestion ICP-AES method for the determination of various metal elements in soil has good accuracy,high precision,low detection limit and satisfactory results.
