摘要
文章论述了纯镍板材的力学性能与其所含杂质元素含量的关系。采用数学统计的方法,筛选影响强度的关键元素,之后通过工艺试验调整其含量予以进一步验证。通过研究表明:提高镁含量有利于细化晶粒实现强化;添加大量的碳元素会使强度值大幅提高,但是会导致碳化物大量出现,影响其耐腐蚀性能。其余杂质元素在标准规定含量范围内的对纯镍板材强度没有显著影响。
The relationship between the mechanical properties of pure nickel sheet and the content of impurity elements is discussed in this paper.The key elements affecting strength were screened by mathematical statistics method,and then the content was adjusted by process test to further verify.The results show that increasing Mg content is beneficial to refine grains and strengthen them.Adding a large amount of carbon element will greatly increase the strength value,but will lead to a large number of carbides,which will affect its corrosion resistance.The strength of pure nickel sheet is not significantly affected by other impurity elements in the standard content range.
