摘要
高熵合金材料因其强度高、硬度高、耐腐蚀性好等特点成为了国民经济建设中非常重要的结构材料,但缺点高熵合金是脆性材料,容易发生事故、安全性差。一旦发生事故,会对国民经济和人身安全带来巨大的损失。因此,对于高熵合金的安全性能检测引起了人们越来越多的关注。通过硬件和软件两方面的研究设计一种高熵合金结构安全性能智能检测系统,再与传统检测方式进行比较,得出新型检测系统对于高熵合金材料安全性能的检测精度更高的结论。
High-entropy alloy material has become a very important structural material in national economic construction because of its high strength,high hardness and good corrosion resistance,but its shortcoming is that high-entropy alloy is brittle material,which is prone to accidents and poor safety.Once an accident occurs,it will bring huge losses to the national economy and personal safety.Therefore,the safety testing of high-entropy alloys has attracted more and more attention.Through the research of hardware and software,an intelligent detection system of high-entropy alloy structure safety performance is designed,and compared with the traditional detection method,a conclusion is drawn that the new detection system has higher detection accuracy for high-entropy alloy material safety performance.
