摘要 近年来,我国金属冶炼生产流程工艺进步幅度显著提高,脱氧合金化是冶炼过程中的重要工艺环节,其关键在于如何在优化合金配料。首先,根据合金收得率公式得出C和Mn元素的历史收得率,建立基于因子分析的收得率影响因素模型得出影响C和Mn元素收得率的综合指标。然后,建立C和Mn元素收得率与影响因素的多元线性回归方程,并对方程进行优化,最终得到C和Mn元素收得率预测值。 In recent years,the technological progress of metal smelting process in China has been greatly improved.Deoxidization alloying is an important technological link in the smelting process.The key is how to optimize the alloy burden.Firstly,according to the formula of alloy yield,the historical yield of C and Mn elements is obtained,and the comprehensive index of influencing the yield of C and Mn elements is obtained based on factor analysis.Then,the multivariate linear regression equations of C and Mn element yields and their influencing factors are established,and the equation is optimized to obtain the predicted values of C and Mn element yields.
