关于铝熔铸生产的新工艺及设备的分析

铝熔铸是传统铝材加工方式之一,在过去数十年为我国提供了大量的铝材产出,而发展至今,受市场变革以及产能过剩的影响,铝熔铸传统工艺暴露出了很多问题,导致生产成本增加、产品性能不足等现象,所以为了进一步推动我国铝熔铸工艺应用,优化铝材生产产业的经济效益,有必要对铝熔铸生产新工艺以及设备进行分析。本文针对这一目的,将结合理论展开分析工作。

Aluminum melting and casting is one of the traditional processing methods of aluminium materials.It has provided a large number of aluminium products for our country in the past decades.Since its development,due to the influence of market changes and excess capacity,many problems have been exposed in the traditional process of aluminium melting and casting,which leads to the increase of production costs and insufficient product performance.To further promote the application of aluminium melting and casting technology in China and optimize the economic benefits of aluminium production industry,it is necessary to analyze the new process and equipment of aluminium melting and casting production.For this purpose,the analysis will be carried out in combination with theory.
