某金矿选矿厂的碎磨流程模拟优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用JKSimMet对澳洲某选矿厂两项改造方案进行碎磨流程模拟分析。增加中碎方案可以显著提高选矿厂矿石处理能力,尤其在100%原生矿配比时,中碎方案可使原生矿处理能力从402t/h增加到464th,增幅约15%,而两段顽石破碎方案仅增加5%。 JKSimMet was used to simulate and analyze the grinding process of two renovation schemes of an Australian concentrator.Increasing the medium crushing scheme can significantly improve the ore processing capacity of concentrator.Especially when the ratio of primary ore is 100%,the medium crushing scheme can increase the primary ore processing capacity from 402t/h to 464th,an increase of about 15%,while the two-stage crushing scheme can only increase by 5%.
