摘要
本文设计的限位约束模具利于材料塑性变形,产品成材率达到95%以上;研究了铜液温度控制在1150℃~1250℃;铝液温度控制在700℃~850℃;复合炉的温度控制在1000℃~1300℃;冷却水流量控制在10L/min^20L/min;牵引速度控制在100mm/min^160mm/min,中停时间控制在850ms^1600ms,反推时间控制在200ms^350ms时生产的铜铝复合棒坯成材率达到90%以上;研究了在线旋转感应退火工艺的电源输出功率在额定功率的80%~95%,速度在1100mm/min^2500mm/min时,材料由原始的铸态及轧态的粗大晶粒组织发生回复再结晶过程,细化晶粒提高材料力学性能及塑性加工性能。
The limit restriction die designed in this paper is beneficial to plastic deformation of materials,and the yield of products reaches more than 95%.The temperature of copper liquid is controlled at 1150℃~1250℃,the temperature of aluminum liquid is controlled at 700℃~850℃,the temperature of composite furnace is controlled at 1000℃~1300℃,the cooling water flow is controlled at 10L/min^20L/min,and the traction speed is controlled at 100m.The yield of copperaluminium composite rod produced by on-line rotating induction annealing is over 90%when the stopping time is 850 MS to 1600 MS and the back-stepping time is 200 ms to 350 Ms.The power output power of on-line rotating induction annealing process is 80%~95%of the rated power and the material is rolled from the original as-cast state when the speed is 1100 m m/min to 2500 mm/min.The recovery and recrystallization of coarse grains occur in the as-grown state,which refines the grains and improves the mechanical properties and plastic workability of the material.
