福建敖江流域(古田段)矿山环境恢复治理措施

Measures of Mine Environment Recovery in The Lancang River Basin of Fujian Province(Gutian Section)

为恢复矿山山青水美,改善敖江流域水环境,促进我省生态文明建设,迫切需要开展古田矿山环境恢复治理。本文对福建敖江流域(古田段)的矿山进行环境整治规划,对60个矿山进行治理分区,根据不同分区采取不同的工程和植被措施进行恢复治理,以期通过有效的恢复治理让整个敖江流域的矿山重新恢复“山清水秀”的自然风光,促进当地产业转型发展和保障敖江下游水源地安全,实现区域经济社会和环境协调发展、人与自然和谐相处。

In order to restore the beauty of the mountains and rivers,improve the water environment in the Lancang River Basin,and promote the construction of ecological civilization in our province,it is urgent to carry out environmental restoration of the Gutian mine.This paper carries out environmental remediation planning for the mines in the Lancang River Basin of Fujian Province(Gutian Section),and divides 60 mines into different areas,and adopts different engineering and vegetation measures to restore and control according to different zones.With the aim of effective restoration and restoration,the entire Lancang River mine will be restored to the natural scenery of“smooth and beautiful scenery”,promote the transformation and development of local industries and ensure the safety of the water source in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River,realize the coordinated development of regional economy,society and environment,and live in harmony with nature.
