摘要
如今,随着焊接技术的改进,对焊接工艺的研究也在不断深入,由于化工金属设备在焊接过程中经常会产生各种焊接缺陷,严重的影响了焊接接头质量,为了提高化工金属设备的质量,延长使用寿命,提出化工金属设备焊接中常见缺陷形成机理及预防措施。通过对裂纹、咬边及气孔等三个焊接缺陷的形成机理进行分析,总结了预防焊接缺陷产生的措施,保证了化工金属设备的运行可靠性。
Nowadays,with the improvement of welding technology,the research on welding technology is also deepening.Because chemical metal equipment often produces various welding defects in the welding process,which seriously affects the quality of welding joints.In order to improve the quality of chemical metal equipment and prolong its service life,chemical metal equipment welding is proposed.The formation mechanism and preventive measures of common defects in connection.By analyzing the formation mechanism of three welding defects,including crack,undercut and blowhole,the measures to prevent welding defects were summarized,which ensured the operation reliability of chemical metal equipment.
