摘要
LF炉凭借着出色的冶金效果,被广泛应用于高级优质合金冶炼当中。它已成为目前各大冶炼厂代表性设备。本文基于LF炉的发展及特点,对LF炉精炼工艺及效果进行分析,在此基础上对其存在的问题展开探索,并作出优化升级,进而提高LF炉在现代冶炼工业中的应用能力。
LF furnace is widely used in high quality alloy smelting due to its excellent metallurgical effect.It has become the representative equipment of major smelters.Based on the development and characteristics of LF furnace,the refining process and effect of LF furnace are analyzed.On this basis,the existing problems of LF furnace are explored and optimized,so as to improve the application ability of LF furnace in modern smelting industry.
