铜质水龙头以其典雅高贵、材质厚重的特点受到消费者的喜爱,成为高档装修的代表特征。但是铜材质自身的软质和易腐蚀特性也为水龙头的生产带来诸多问题,尤其是阀芯和阀体在设计和装配中的紧密配合问题,直接影响产品的止水性能和使用寿命。从铜制水龙头阀体与阀芯配合结构的研究和铜制水龙头阀体与阀芯结构的装配两方面进行研究,提出结构改进思路,完善装配工艺,从根本上提高铜质水龙头的质量,为同行提供有益的建议。

The copper faucet is favored by consumers because of its elegant and noble material and heavy material.It has become a representative feature of high-end decoration.However,the soft and corrosive properties of the copper material also bring many problems to the production of the faucet,especially the close cooperation between the valve core and the valve body in the design and assembly,which directly affects the water stopping performance and service life of the product.From the study of the matching structure between the valve body and the valve core of the copper faucet and the assembly of the copper faucet valve body and the valve core structure,the structural improvement ideas are put forward,the assembly process is improved,and the quality of the copper faucet is fundamentally improved.Peers provide useful advice.
