2016年安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status of health culture literacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine among residents in Anhui Province in 2016

目的了解安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养现状,为今后制定科学的中医药健康教育与健康促进规划提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取安徽省12个县区15~69岁居民3235人,采用《2016年中国公民中医药健康文化素养调查问卷》进行调查;采用SPSS22.0统计软件进行数据分析,影响因素采用Logistic回归分析。结果安徽省居民的中医药健康文化素养水平为7.4%,其中具备中医药信息理解能力素养的占20.8%、中医药基本理念素养占17.0%、中医药文化常识素养占15.6%、中医药健康生活方式素养占14.9%、中医药公众适宜方法素养占2.0%。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,文化程度和职业是影响安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养水平的主要影响因素。与大学及以上文化程度相比较,不识字/少识字(OR=0.105,95%CI:0.049~0.225)、小学(OR=0.153,95%CI:0.085~0.277)、初中(OR=0.236,95%CI:0.157~0.354)和高中(OR=0.495,95%CI:0.338~0.724)的中医药健康文化素养水平较低;与农民群体比较,非农民群体的中医药健康文化素养水平较高(OR=3.548,95%CI:2.361~5.332)。结论安徽省居民中医药健康文化素养水平偏低,中医药公众适宜方法素养水平有待提高。应重点加强对文化程度较低的农民群体的健康教育与健康促进干预,提高他们的中医药健康文化素养水平。

Objective To learn the current status of health culture literacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and its influencing factors among residents in Anhui Province,and to provide the evidence for health education and health promotion intervention development. Methods Multi-stage sampling method was used to recruit the study objects,and a face-to-face interview was used to collect information. 3235 residents aged 15-69 years old in Anhui Province were investigated.Basic information,basic concept,common methods of health care,healthy lifestyle and behavior,common knowledge and health information of TCM were included in the investigation.Results The overall rate of health culture literacy of TCM was 7.4%.The rates of 5 dimensions as health information,basic concept,common knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behaviors,and common methods of health care among the participants were 20.8%,17.0%,15.6%,14.9%,2.0%,respectively.It was found that education level and occupation were the main influencing factors of the level of health culture literacy of TCM among residents by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Compared with college education and above,the rates of those whose education level were illiteracy(OR =0.105,95% CI:0.049-0.225),primary school(OR=0.153,95%CI:0.085-0.277),junior school(OR =0.236,95% CI:0.157-0.354)and high school(OR=0.495,95%CI:0.338-0.724)were lower.Compared with farmers,the rates of those who were non-farmers(OR=3.548, 95% CI: 2.361-5.332)were higher.Conclusion The overall rate of health culture literacy of TCM among residents in Anhui Province was very low,especially the rate of common methods of health care of TCM,still need to be improved.Health education and health promotion of TCM among those who were low educated and farmers should be enhanced and paid more attention.
