湖北省宜昌市夷陵区农村肺结核患者人格特征分析

Personality traits analysis on rural tuberculosis patients in Yiling District of Yichang City,Hubei Province

目的了解湖北省宜昌市夷陵区农村肺结核患者人格特征现状,分析不同特征患者人格特征差异。方法选取2017年3—12月在湖北夷陵区结核病定点医院纳入服药管理的农村肺结核患者为研究对象,采用自制的一般情况问卷和中国大五人格问卷简式版(CBF-PI-B)调查患者一般情况及人格特征,使用方差分析或t检验比较不同患者人群人格特征差异,多元线性回归模型用于分析患者人格特征的相关因素。结果多元线性回归结果显示,男性神经质维度得分较低(β=-0.152,P<0.05),开放性(β=0.149,P<0.05)和外向性(β=0.145,P<0.05)维度得分较高;较45岁以下者,45~64岁和65岁及以上者开放性(β=-0.276,P<0.01;β=-0.268,P<0.01)和外向性(β=-0.286,P<0.01;β=-0.224,P<0.05)维度得分较低;较不识字/少识字者,文化程度为小学、初中及以上者严谨性(β=0.264,P<0.01;β=0.380,P<0.01)和开放性(β=0.207,P<0.05;β=0.200,P<0.05)维度得分较高;较月收入<500元者,月收入500~2000元及≥2000元者神经质(β=-0.207,P<0.01;β=-0.281,P<0.01)维度得分较低,而开放性(β=0.188,P<0.01;β=0.202,P<0.01)和外向性(β=0.139,P<0.05;β=0.164,P<0.05)维度得分较高。结论农村肺结核患者人格特征存在差异,多种因素与患者人格特征相关。

Objective To investigate the situation of personality traits and analyze the difference among rural tuberculosis(TB)patients in Yiling District,Yichang City,Hubei Province.Methods The rural TB patients recruited in medication management in the tuberculosis designated hospital of Yiling District from March 2017 to December 2017 were selected in this study.A self-made sociodemographic questionnaire and the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version(CBF-PI-B)were used to survey demographic characteristics and personality traits.ANOVA or t-test was used to compare the differences of personality traits among different patients.Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the relevant factors.Results Multiple linear regression model results showed that male scored lower on the neuroticism dimension(β =-0.152,P<0.05)and scored higher on the openness(β =0.149,P<0.05)and extraversion(β=0.145,P<0.05)dimensions.Compared to the patients aged under 45,those aged 45-64 or aged 65 and above scored lower on the openness(β=-0.276,P<0.01;β=-0.268,P<0.01)and extraversion(β=-0.286,P<0.01;β=-0.224,P<0.05)dimensions.Compared to illiterate patients,those patients with elementary school diploma or with junior high school and above education degree scored higher on the conscientiousness(β=0.264,P<0.01;β= 0.380,P<0.01)and extraversion(β=0.207,P<0.05;β=0.200,P<0.05)dimensions.Compared to the patients whose monthly income were less than RMB 500,those monthly income were RMB 500-2000 or RMB 2000 and above scored lower on the neuroticism(β=-0.207,P<0.01;β=-0.281,P<0.01)dimension and scored higher on the openness(β=0.188,P<0.01;β=0.202,P<0.01)and extraversion(β=0.139,P<0.05;β=0. 164,P<0.05)dimensions. Conclusion There were differences in personality traits among rural TB patients and various factors were related to patients’ personality traits.
