摘要
为降低烟丝中梗签含量,设计了一种多级风分除梗签机。该设备主要由风分箱体、进料皮带机、三通风管、一级风分进风管、二级风分进风管、烟丝打散辊组、梗签输送机等部分组成,将烟丝机械打散与三级风分过程相结合,合理设计三级风分风速,通过风分过程使烟丝物料均匀分散,在风分除梗签过程中兼顾了较高的梗签剔除率和较低的梗签剔除物中含丝率等工艺指标。以贵定卷烟厂生产的“黄果树(软02)”卷烟烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:采用多级风分除梗签机后,梗签剔除率达到82%,剔除物中含丝率为4.7%,烟丝长丝率降低4.4百分点,中丝率增加4.0百分点,短丝率增加0.5百分点。该技术可为提高烟丝纯净度、降低烟丝消耗提供支持。
To reduce the amount of slivers in shreds,a multistage pneumatic sliver separator was designed.The separator is mainly composed of a pneumatic separating chamber,an infeed belt conveyor,a three-way air duct,a primary air inlet duct,a secondary air inlet duct,tobacco loosening rollers and a sliver conveyor.By combining mechanical tobacco loosening with three-stage pneumatic separation and rational setting of the air velocity in the pneumatic separator,cut tobacco was fully loosened,sliver rejection rate and the shred content in rejected slivers were well balanced.Cut tobacco for cigarette of brand“Huangguoshu(Soft 02)”was tested in Guiding Cigarette Factory,the results showed that by adopting multistage pneumatic sliver separator,sliver rejection rate reached 82%,the shred content in rejected slivers was 4.7%.Long strand proportion decreased by 4.4 percentage points,the proportions of middle and short strands increased by 4.0 percentage points and 0.5 percentage points respectively.This technology provides technical supports for improving the structure of cut tobacco and reducing tobacco consumption.
