摘要
为实现油浸式变压器运行状态的在线监测,获取变压器关键参数实时信息,基于虚拟仪器技术和嵌入式微处理器开发研制了油浸式变压器多参数在线监测系统。系统由传感器模块、下位机子系统和上位机子系统组成的硬件架构和支持上、下位机功能实现的软件程序组成,集成了实时数据采集和状态评估两大功能模块,可实现油浸式变压器运行状态的实时判别。此测试系统可测试参数多,智能化程度高,融合互联网技术,可推动智能电网的发展。实验显示,该系统可较好监测油浸式变压器关键参数。
To realize online monitoring of oil-immersed transformer running condition,and obtain its key parameters real-time information,this paper developed an oil-immersed transformer multi-parameter on-line monitoring system based on the virtual instrument technology and the embedded microprocessor.The system consisted of the hardware structure which was composed of the sensor module,the lower computer subsystem and the upper computer subsystem and the software procedure which support the lower and upper computer function realization.It integrated real-time data acquisition and condition evaluation two functional modules and could realize real-time judgment of oil-immersed transformer condition.This system has many testable parameters,high intelligence,and integrates the internet technology to promote the smart grid s development.Experiments show the system can monitor the oil-immersed transformer s key parameters.
