摘要
针对检测碳纳米纸传感器电阻值的需求,设计了一种基于STM32F407的碳纳米纸传感器多通道数据采集系统。系统以STM32F407单片机为主控芯片,经过信号的转换与放大,将碳纳米纸传感器的电阻信号转换为便于直观测量与分析的电压信号,然后经过AD7606转换成数字信号,STM32F407采集AD7606的转换结果并通过以太网接口向上位机发送,同时将采样数据存储到Micro SD卡中。采用LabVIEW设计上位机软件,实现实时数据的波形显示,同时将数据存储成TDMS数据文件。数据采集结果通过与34401A万用表所测量的电阻值进行比较,结果表明采集器的测量误差率低于2%。因此,设计的采集系统采样精度高、数据采集结果稳定可靠,满足高频数据采集的需求。
A multi-channel data collecting system based on STM32F407 for carbon nano-paper sensor was designed to detect the resistance of carbon nano-paper sensor.The system used STM32F407 microcontroller as the main control chip.The resistance signal of the carbon nanopaper sensor was converted into a voltage signal for visual measuring and analyzing and then voltage signal was amplified.Analog signal was converted to digital signal by AD7606.STM32F407 collected the conversion results of AD7606 and sent them to the host computer through the Ethernet interface.At the same time,the sampling data was stored in the Micro SD card.The host software was designed by LabVIEW to realize the waveform display of real-time data and stored the data into TDMS data files.The result of data collection was compared with the resistance measured by 34401A multimeter.The results show that the measurement error rate is less than 2%.Therefore,the designed acquisition system has high sampling accuracy,stable and reliable data acquisition results,and meets the needs of high-frequency data acquisition.
