促进词汇联想研究规范化:反应词分类中的问题及对策

Response Categorization in Word Association: Problems and Solutions

词汇联想在心理学及心理语言学研究中被广泛运用。在心理语言学领域,大量研究以词汇联想为工具,探索心理词汇网络的存储表征和概念构建。然而,纵观以往研究可以发现,许多研究所采用的反应词分类的框架及标准不一致,呈现出多样性与随意性的特点。这在很大程度上影响了词汇联想作为研究工具的信度和科学性,但是鲜有研究对该问题进行较为深入的分析与思考。文章对过往研究中的反应词分类框架进行了梳理、比较和评价,剖析它们的优缺点,指出其存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了进一步完善反应词分类框架的若干意见。

Word association is widely used in psychologic and psycholinguistic experiments.In psycholinguistic area,a great deal of research adopted word association as a tool to investigate the representation and construction of mental lexicon.However,it is found that the frameworks and standards of response categorization are inconsistent and arbitrary in many studies.The problem to a great extent has affected the validity and reliability of those studies.This paper compares and evaluates the response categorizations in past researches,analyzes their strengths and weaknesses,detects the deficits,and provides suggestions to further improve association categorization.
