摘要
分别对无机胶凝法、有机染色法和高温陶化法制备的3类典型彩砂性能进行对比研究,重点考察了彩砂的磨损率、压碎值、耐沸水性、耐酸碱性及形貌结构等性能指标。结果表明,以钢渣为骨料,钢渣微粉、水泥、粉煤灰等为无机胶凝料,通过常温胶凝养护法所制得的无机胶凝彩砂,其耐磨损性、抗压性、耐酸碱性等指标明显优于以天然石英砂为骨料,分别通过有机染色法和高温陶化法所制得的市售彩砂;3种彩砂均具有优良的耐沸水性能。SEM分析表明,无机胶凝法彩砂具有光洁致密的表面和较厚的彩色无机胶凝包裹层,且彩砂整体呈椭球形颗粒;而有机染色彩砂和高温陶化彩砂的彩色包裹层较薄,且彩砂整体呈不规则颗粒,存在表面缺陷,球形度低。
The performances of three kinds of typical colored sands prepared by three different methods,including inorganic gelation,organic dyeing and high temperature ceramics,were experimental compared.The wear rate,crushing value,boiling water resistance,acid and alkali resistance as well as morphology of these colored sands were tested.The results show that the inorganic gelled colored sand obtained by the normal temperature gelation curing method using slag as the aggregate,steel slag powder,cement,fly ash and the like as inorganic cement materials exhibited better performance than the others.The indexes such as wear resistance,pressure resistance,acid and alkali resistance are obviously superior to the commercially available colored sand obtained by organic dyeing method and high temperature ceramic method using natural quartz as aggregate.Three colored sands have the excellent performance of the boiling water resistance;SEM image analysis results show that the inorganic gelation method has a thick colored inorganic gelatinous coating around the aggregate,and the colored sand is ellipsoidal,the surface of the particles is smooth and dense,and the sphericity is high.The organic dyed color sand and the high temperature ceramic colored sand have a thin color coating layer,the colored sand has irregular particles as a whole,and the surface of the particles is rough and the sphericity is low.
