摘要
以硅藻土、硫铝酸盐水泥和秸秆纤维为主要原材料制备秸秆纤维水泥基复合板材,研究低品位硅藻土对复合板材调湿性能的影响。试验结果表明:秸秆纤维掺量不变,加入硅藻土改性秸秆纤维水泥基复合板材,硅藻土掺量为胶凝材料质量20%时压缩强度提高到7.38 MPa。硅藻土加入到秸秆纤维复合材料中可显著提高其调湿性能,复合板材的最大吸湿量为523.3×10^-3 kg/m^2,最大放湿量可达398.3×10^-3 kg/m^2,具有极佳的环境湿度调节性能。
Diatomite,sulphoaluminate cement and straw fiber were used as the main raw materials to prepare staw fiber cement based composite boards.The effect of low purity diatomite on the moisture control performance of straw fiber cement-based composites was studied.The results showed that when the straw fiber content remains unchangef,the compressive strength of the composite board was increased to 7.38 MPa when the content of diatomite was 20%of the total cementitious material.Adding diatomite to straw fiber composite material can significantly improve its humidity control performance.The maximum moisture absorption and moisture release of diatomite modified straw board can reach 523.3×10^-3 kg/m^2 and 398.3×10^-3 kg/m^2,which has excellent environmental humidity regulation function.
