异形截面铝合金轴压构件承载力及局部屈曲研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用ABAQUS得到异形截面铝合金构件的承载力,发现我国的铝合金结构设计规范GB 50429—2007和欧洲铝合金结构设计规范Eurocode 9对该类截面铝合金轴压构件承载力的计算结果相对保守。原因在于2个规范都采用有效厚度法考虑板件局部屈曲的影响,但并不能准确反映局部屈曲程度。使用ABAQUS针对不同宽厚比的箱型截面和工字型截面铝合金轴压构件进行参数分析,在中国规范的基础上给出了建议的有效厚度折减公式,并验证了建议公式对异形截面铝合金构件的适用性。 ABAQUS is used to obtain the ultimate strength of the irregular shaped section aluminum alloy members.It is found that the results of the ultimate strength of the irregular shaped section aluminum alloy members are relatively conservative in China Aluminum Alloy Structural Design Code(GB 50429—2007)and Europe Aluminum Alloy Structural Design Code(Eurocode 9).The reason is that the effective thickness method is used in both codes to consider the effect of local buckling,but it can not accurately reflect the degree of local buckling.In this paper,ABAQUS is used to analyze the parameters of box-section and I-section aluminum alloy members with different width-thickness ratios.Based on Chinese code,the proposed effective thickness reduction formula is given,and the applicability of the proposed formula to irregular shaped aluminum alloy members is verified.
