摘要
针对混凝土工程应用的局限性,从异氰酸酯/多元醇防水材料的合成机理出发,通过对比异氰酸酯/多元醇材料与混凝土材料的相关性能,得到了2种材料在防水特性和力学性能方面的差异,并结合工程案例把该防水材料应用于装配式地下空间工程,在钢面板后进行打孔注浆,对软土位置进行补强,具有较好的防水固化效果。这将为异氰酸酯/多元醇防水材料在地下空间工程的应用提供参考。
In view of the engineering application limitations of concrete composites,from the synthetic mechanism of isocyanate/polyol material,through comparing the related properties of isocyanate/polyol materials and concrete material,this study obtained the differences of the two materials in waterproof properties and mechanical properties.Combining with engineering cases the composite material is applied in prefabricated underground space engineering,punching steel panel after grouting,the reinforcement of soft soil location,it has good waterproof curing effect.This will provide the way for the application of isocyanate/polyol composites in underground space engineering.
