一种水性POSS基丙烯酸防污涂料的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以乙醇为溶剂、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为亲水单体,采用溶液自由基聚合法制备了一种甲基丙烯酸?七异丁基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(MAPOSS)改性的水性丙烯酸树脂,研究了DMAEMA和HEMA的用量与中和度对MAPOSS改性水性丙烯酸树脂的分散稳定性、MAPOSS用量对树脂涂膜水接触角以及MAPOSS和SiO2溶胶用量对涂膜耐水性的影响,获得较佳的制备工艺为:DMAEMA 8%(质量分数,下同),HEMA 5%,MAPOSS 15%,SiO2溶胶10%,中和度80%。在此条件下制备的涂层具有良好的防污性能,其对水的接触角为106.5°,吸水率0.8%,铅笔硬度4H,附着力0级,耐冲击性(1 kg)50 cm,柔韧性2 mm。 A methacryl-heptaisobutyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(MAPOSS)modified waterborne acrylic resin was prepared by solution radical polymerization with 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as hydrophilic monomers in ethanol.The effects of the amounts of DMAEMA and HEMA and the degree of neutralization on dispersion stability of MAPOSS modified waterborne acrylic resin,and the effect of the amount of MAPOSS on water contact angle of the resin coating,as well as the amounts of MAPOSS and SiO2 sol on water resistance of the coating were studied.The optimal preparation conditions were obtained as follows:DMAEMA 8wt.%,HEMA 5wt.%,MAPOSS 15wt.%,SiO2 sol 10wt.%,and degree of neutralization 80%.The coating prepared under these conditions had good anti-smudge performance,and the following properties:water contact angle 106.5°,water absorption rate 0.8%,pencil hardness 4H,0-grade adhesion,flexibility 2 mm,and failure height 50 cm for an impact of 1 kg.
