木焦油基环氧树脂的合成与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以精木焦油和环氧氯丙烷为主要原料,采用一步法合成了环氧树脂,对其环氧值和黏度进行了测试,并采用1H和13C核磁共振波谱对其结构进行了表征。用该木焦油基环氧树脂制备防腐清漆,对涂膜的物理性质和耐腐蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明,用精木焦油替代双酚A能够合成出性能优异的环氧树脂,有效解决了环氧系防腐涂料涂膜脆性大、柔韧性差、耐冲击性不佳的缺陷,同时提升了涂料的防腐蚀性能。 An epoxy resin was synthesized from refined wood tar and epichlorohydrin by one-step method.The epoxy value and viscosity of the wood tar-based epoxy resin were tested,and its structure was characterized by 1H-and 13C-NMR spectroscopy.An anticorrosive varnish was prepared with the wood tar-based epoxy resin,and its physical properties and corrosion resistance were tested.The results showed that the refined wood tar can replace bisphenol A to synthesize an epoxy resin with good properties,effectively eliminating the defects of anticorrosive epoxy coating,such as high brittleness,poor flexibility,and bad impact resistance,and improving its anticorrosion performance.
