摘要
根据某汽车发动机涂装线的实际情况,从油漆烘干室、水分烘干室、前处理、废气燃烧机等方面制定了节能降耗优化方案。实践表明,这些方案的实施可使每台发动机的成本降低49.74元。
Considering the reality of an automobile engine painting line,some optimal schemes for energy saving and consumption reduction in paint drying room,moisture drying room,pretreatment process,and exhauster gas burner were developed.The practice showed that the cost per engine was reduced by 49.74 RMB after the implementation of these schemes.
