摘要
针对钣金表面喷涂处理过程中对粉尘浓度的要求,提出了一种基于激光传感器的粉尘浓度无线监控技术。利用激光散射法的粉尘浓度测量算法设计了光学检测结构,利用基于CC2530芯片的无线ZigBee网络将激光传感器采集到的粉尘浓度信息发送到总控室PC上进行可视化显示。对比激光传感器测量的钣金喷涂室粉尘浓度与传统称重法的结果可知,激光传感器的测量误差满足钣金喷涂工艺要求。
Aiming at the requirement of dust concentration in spraying process of sheet metal surface,a wireless monitoring technology of dust concentration based on laser sensor was proposed.The optical detection structure was designed by using the dust concentration measurement algorithm of laser scattering method.The dust concentration information collected by laser sensor is sent to the PC of the control room for visual display by using wireless ZigBee network based on the CC2530 chip.The dust concentration in sheet metal spraying chamber measured by laser sensor was compared with that measured by traditional weighing method.The results showed that the measurement error of laser sensor meets the requirements of sheet metal spraying process.
