基于灰色关联法的金属网布优质筛管冲蚀失效主控因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 防砂筛管冲蚀失效影响因素复杂多样,结合地层出砂与筛管冲蚀失效的相关性,选取储层地质因素、流量因素和生产因素,采用灰色关联法,以油井流体含砂浓度作为参考序列,定量分析了金属网布优质筛管冲蚀失效与各因素之间的关联度,从而确定金属网布优质筛管冲蚀失效主控因素。结果表明,金属网布优质筛管冲蚀失效主控因素是流速和含砂浓度,这一结果与室内试验以及现场应用情况具有很好的一致性,说明灰色关联法对于油田防砂筛管优选以及生产参数优化具有较高的准确性和适用性,为其他类型筛管确定失效影响主控因素提供了一种重要的方法和手段。 The factors affecting the erosion of sand control screen are complex and diverse.Combined with the correlation between sand production and failure of screen erosion,the geological characteristics of the reservoir,fluid properties and production parameters are selected.The grey correlation analysis method is adopted to determine the sand concentration of the oil well fluid as reference sequence for quantitatively analyzing the correlation between the erosion failure of metal mesh high-quality screen and various factors,so as to determine the main controlling factors of metal mesh high-quality screen erosion failure.The results show that the main controlling factors for the erosion failure of metal mesh high-quality screens are flow rate and sand concentration.This result is in good agreement with laboratory tests and field applications.Therefore,the grey correlation method has high accuracy and applicability for oilfield sand control screen optimization and production parameter optimization,and it can provide an important method and means to determine the main control factors of failure effects for other types of screen tubes.
