摘要
分析了我国食品安全风险的特点,从企业、监管、从业者三个角度阐述了造成食品安全风险的深层次原因,提出了增强企业主体责任、加快推动产业升级、加快建立职业化检查员队伍建设、创新智慧监管方式、加强企业从业人员的职业化教育的几点建议,供决策参考。
The article analyzed the characteristics of China s food safety risks,and explained the deep-rooted causes of food safety risks from the perspectives of enterprises,regulators and practitioners.Based on this,we proposed suggestions for supervision decision,including strengthening the main responsibilities of enterprises,accelerating the promotion of industrial upgrading,accelerating the establishment of professional inspector team,innovating smart supervision methods,and strengthening the professional education of employees in the enterprise.
