摘要
目的:模拟观察我国居民将植物油与猪油搭配食用的习惯,探讨玉米与猪油调和油,大豆与猪油调和油在两种不同摄入水平下对肝功能、肝脏抗氧化能力及肝脂的影响。方法:将40只8周龄雄性C67BL/6J小鼠随机均分为4组,按人均理想用油25g/d和目前中国居民实际人均用油42g/d两个水平,分别在其基础日粮下添加3.8%玉米油与猪油的调和油(CR)、6.5%玉米油与猪油的调和油(CA)、3.8%大豆油与猪油的调和油(SR)、6.5%大豆油与猪油的调和油(SA)。8周后进行称重,取血,采集肝脏。结果:CR与SR比较,肝指数、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著降低;SA相比CA显著上升AST活性;无论在推荐摄入水平还是实际摄入水平,玉米调和油相比大豆调和油能有效降低肝脏中甘油三酯(TG)水平,并显著提升肝脏抗氧化酶活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结论:与大豆调和油比较,玉米调和油有明显的保护肝功能,增强肝脏抗氧化能力,降低过氧化损伤,并能降低肝脂质沉积。
Objective Simulate the habit of consuming blended oil by different vegetable oil and lard in our country and investigate the effects of two blended oil that corn oil and lard blended and soybean oil and lard blended on liver function,liver anti-oxidative capacity and liver lipid in two different intake levels influences.Method Forty eight-week-old male C67BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,according to the ideal per capita oil consumption of 25g/d and the current average per capita oil consumption of Chinese residents 42g/d.3.8%corn oil and lard oil(CR),6.5%corn oil and lard oil(CA),3.8%soybean oil and lard oil(SR),6.5%soybean oil and lard oil(SA),respectively,were added to their basal diet.After 8 weeks weighed,blood,liver collection.Result The liver index,AST,ALT,ALP activity of CR significantly decreased compared with those of SR,SA significantly increased the activity of AST compared with CA,both at the recommended intake level and the actual compared with soybean oil and lard blend oil,corn oil and lard blend oil could effectively reduce triglyceride(TG)in liver and significantly increase liver antioxidant enzyme activity and reduce MDA content.Conclusion Compared with soybean oil and lard blend oil,corn oil and lard blended oil has a significant protection of liver function,enhance liver antioxidant capacity,reduce peroxide damage,and can reduce liver lipid deposition.
